We believe in our work and always endeavour to provide premium products made by experienced Technicians.

The case will always fit the model provided and if we have any reason to believe the impression may be faulty we will request another.

If a try in is possible and you choose to skip this stage, we may not warranty the job. We take impressions too and we know from experience that you cannot always tell if there is a fault.

The biggest issue we experience is a faulty/incorrect bite; Do not rush this stage! If you aren’t sure, take the bite in the mouth, then put it on the articulator. Do they look the same?

Valplast comes with a lifetime warranty on the material. The patient must register their Valplast and use Valclean to maintain it.

If you believe the fault to be ours, then work with your customer service manager to obtain the best outcome for the patient.
