Chrome + additional work : 5 working days for the chrome to be made, 3-5 for either try in or bite block.

A total of 8-10 working days.

Ultrasonic welding and gold plating can be done, allow 3 working days and may need to booked ahead.

Splints : 5 working days for clear splint, traditional hard splint or splint with soft lining.

Mouthguards : 3-5 working days.

As we now order as requested, you will need to allow time for the material to arrive. If you have a case of genuine urgency, we carry only limited stock at the lab.

Trays & Bites : 3-5 working days.

Repairs & Relines : Repairs and Relines 24 hours – bookings essential!

Same day relines for acrylic are possible, please check with your Customer Service Manager.

Valplast relines 3 working days.

Acrylic additions 1-3 working days, Valplast additions 3-5 working days.
